An estimated 112,000 men 70 or older living in Mexico’s capital city will be entitled to doses of one or two Viagra, Cialis or Levitra beginning Dec. 1 as part of an initiative designed to improve the quality of life “south of the Border.”

Mexico City mayor Marcelo Ebrard said  “our happiness” is vitally dependent upon the male citizen’s ability to produce and sustain a massive erection.
